This is a subject line. Yep.  
I've been having a rough time dealing with things lately. My nightmares are back, scaring me awake almost every night, and my moods have been anywhere from LETS DO EVERYTHING RIGHT NOW AND BE AWESOME to RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAWR I FUCKING HATE EVERYTHING JUST BECAUSE IT BREATHES to I can't even be assed to get out of bed im so tired, and ive been crying over nothing, and I hate myself and blah blah blah depressed depressed depressed.

I'm sorry that ive been such a shitty addition to your friends lists lately, guys. I really am.

The good news is that I should be getting a treatment plan in therapy in the next week or so, where they'll probably change my meds and things since I'm just on antidepressants (that arent really working) and should probably be on some mood stabilizers for my bipolar. so. Hopefully everything will start to look a little better.

I did have a little ray of sunshine yesterday when my 9 year old brother sent me a letter and a picture telling me that he loves me and that I should "right bake pleas" <3

Also, im considering putting all of this mental health shit on a filter. So if you would want to be on it, let me know.

I'd love to be on the filter. I'm trying to figure out if I need to be seeing someone about some things in my life, and reading about other people with (some) similar problems encourages me to do that.

I will definitely add you to the filter, bb. Just knowing that my rambling on about things that im having a tough time with makes someone else feel a little better, makes me feel a little more like maybe all of this has meaning.

Put me on the filter. My boyfriend is bipolar and honestly seeing someone go through it is helping me not go postal on him for getting upset over stuff that I don't understand.
